KARACHI:Judicial Magistrate East while issuing show cause notice to JIT head has sought explanation.

As per media report, Mir Raza case came up for hearing before the court of Judicial Magistrate East.

Police did not present the final challan in the case while no officer of JIT appeared.

The court expressed displeasure over absence of JIT officers. The court issued show cause notice to JIT head.

The court remarked it should be explained till November 10 as to why final challan was not presented.

The counsel for the plaintiff took the plea JIT has been constituted for investigation into the case. Case has been assigned to JIT. Presenting final challan or report is responsibility of JIT.

According to police Mir Raza case was registered in Feeroze Abad police station under kidnapping and murder clauses.
