Islamabad: Proceedings of indictment in respect of former Prime Minister (PM) Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanvir Ilyas has been adjourned in misuse of diplomatic passport case.
Misuse of passport case against former AJK PM Sardar Tanvir Ilyas came up for hearing in district and session court Islamabad led by judicial magistrate Ahmad Shahzad Gondal Saturday.
Exemption from attendance plea was filed on behalf of Sardar Tanvir Ilyas which was approved by the court.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till April 26.
Former PM AJK Sardar Tanvir Ilyas will be indicted during next hearing of the case pertaining to misuse of diplomatic passport.
The case has been registered by FIA against former PM AJK.
