Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has strongly condemned the firing incident at a Coast Guards check post in Gwadar. He paid tribute to the personnel Saleem and Adnan, who embraced martyrdom in the incident.

Mohsin Naqvi expressed heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of the martyrs. He also directed that the injured soldier Azeem be provided the best possible medical treatment.

The Interior Minister stated that the Coast Guards personnel sacrificed their lives and thwarted the nefarious designs of the terrorists. He said the great sacrifice of the Coast Guards personnel will not go in vain. He added that the Government stands with the families of the martyrs in their grief and will ensure that the families of the martyred personnel are fully taken care of.
