ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has strongly condemned the incidents of unprovoked firing by Afghanistan on Pakistani areas.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Mohsin Naqvi said that firing by Afghan forces on civilian populations is a blatant violation of international law. He said that Pakistan's brave forces, by giving an immediate and effective response, have demonstrated that any provocation will absolutely not be tolerated. He stated that Pakistan's Forces remain alert, and Afghanistan is being given a firm response.

Mohsin Naqvi highlighted that the dangerous game being played by Afghanistan is connected to our perennial enemy. He made it clear that the people of Pakistan stand with the valiant Armed Forces like a wall of steel. He further stated that Afghanistan will also be given a decisive response, as was given to India, so that it will not dare cast an impertinent eye toward Pakistan.
