Mandi bahauddin: A woman is stated to have killed her daughter for the sake of second marriage, say media reports.

According to police a woman murdered her 8 years old daughter for second marriage in the area of Muradwal in Mandi Baha ud Din and later she enacted drama of kidnapping.

Police said mother of girl has confessed the crime. More investigation is being made from the woman.

As per police the girl went missing two days back in Mandi Baha ud Din and her body was found in field a day before.

Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz had taken notice of the incident.
