Islamabad: A delegation of MQM has called on Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif. The delegation led by Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui presented PM Shehbaz Sharif proposals related to budget. As per media reports, the matters related to article 140-A, Karachi-Hyderabad Package and change of governor Sindh came under discussion in the meeting.

MQM delegation said governor ship should be given to MQM. The government replied governor Sindh was changed after informing you in this regard. We will see the matter of governor next.

The government assured MQM about implementation of article 140-A and Karachi-Hyderabad package. MQM delegation comprised Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Dr Farooq Sattar, Mustafa Kamal, Amin ul Haq and Javed Hanif. Ishaq Dar, Rana Sana Ullah, Ahsan Iqbal, Azam Nazir Tarar , Atta Tarar and Tauqir Shah were present with PM.
