Islamabad: Mushaal Hussein Mullick, Chairperson of the Peace and Culture Organisation, former SAPM human rights and women empowerment and wife of Jailed Kashmiri Hurriyat Leader Mohammad Yasin Malik , issued a powerful video statement on Monday, demanding an end to hypocrisy in global peace efforts and insisting that 'true peace cannot exist without justice'.

In her impassioned address, Mushaal Mullick exposed the international community's 'selective outrage' and 'moral failure' in the face of atrocities in Gaza, Kashmir, and Palestine, urging immediate action to hold perpetrators accountable.

Mushaal Mullick condemned the notion that stability enforced by power equates to peace, arguing that 'oppression breeds resistance'. "When the scales of justice are tilted, peace becomes a lie told by the powerful to the oppressed."

She challenged world leaders and institutions for their 'deafening silence' on Gaza and Kashmir while swiftly acting in other conflicts. "The world talks of human rights-but where were these rights when Palestinian children were buried under rubble?"

Emphasizing that "the color of blood is the same," Mushaal Mullick called for transcending borders, religions, and politics in the fight for justice. Referenced growing dissent 'within Israel' as proof that injustice cannot be sustained indefinitely.

Mushaal Mullick demanded an end to 'passive complicity', urging nations to: Stop arms sales to aggressors. Enforce UN resolutions on Palestine and Kashmir. Support grassroots movements for justice. "Silence is not neutrality-it is taking the side of the oppressor."

She concluded with a haunting question: "Will history judge us for our silence? Or will we finally stand on the right side of humanity?"
