ISLAMABAD:Name of citizen has been removed from Passport Control List (PCL) under the order of Islamabad High Court (IHC). The court has wrapped up contempt of court plea. Justice Muhammad Azam Khan took up for hearing petition filed by citizen Wajahat. The petitioning lawyer and Assistant Attorney General (AAG) appeared in the court.

The implementation report was presented on the order of court.

AAG told the court the court's order has been implemented.

Upon it the court wrapped up the petition on the basis of implementation report regarding court's orders.

The court had ordered to remove name of citizen Wajahat from PCL.

The citizen had filed contempt of court plea on non implementation of court's orders.

IHC had given time till today for removing name of the citizen from PCL.
