Karachi: The court has approved the plea for presenting Judicial Magistrate Malir and others as witnesses in Naqib Ullah murder case.
During the hearing of Naqib Ullah murder case in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) , the decision on the plea from the prosecution for presenting judicial magistrate Malir and others as witnesses was announced.
The court accepted the plea of prosecution and has issued summons to judicial magistrate Malir who has recorded statements of eye witnesses under section 164 and ASI Munawar.
The further hearing of the case was adjourned till April 27.
Earlier the prosecutors of the case had decided on their own not to present important witnesses.
Taking notice of it, Prosecutor General Sindh had transferred 2 prosecutors.
Later prosecution filed petition in the court for presenting the witnesses again which was approved by the court.
