New case of retaining expensive Bvlgari Jewelry: Indictment proceedings adjourned till Nov 21

Rawalpindi: Special judge central Shah Rukh Arjumand has once again adjourned the proceedings regarding indictment of PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi in new case of retaining expensive Bvlgari jewelry till November 21.The court has adjourned the proceedings due to non presence of co-accused Bushra Bibi.Former chairman PTI was presented in court room during hearing of the case but Bushra Bibi did not appear in the court.Request was made by Bushra Bibi for exemption from attendance for one day in the court on medical grounds.Special prosecutor while opposing exemption plea of Bushra Bibi for one day took the plea neither there is serial number nor signature in medial report, The defence counsels are using dilatory tactics.The state counsel said the court had accepted exemption from attendance plea on medical ground during previous hearing despite the fact the check up report of doctor is not available with medical report.Usman Gul the counsel for Bushra Bibi said the court can get verify m edical report if it wills.Special prosecutor requested the court arrest warrants of Bushra Bibi be issued.However court issued notice to Bushra Bibi to ensure her attendance on November 21.The court remarked if Bushra Bibi did not appear in the court on next hearing then order for cancellation of her bail and forfeiting surety bonds will be issued.
