No information coming about welfare of Imran Khan: Sheikh Waqas Akram


Peshawar: PTI leader Sheikh Waqas Akram has said no information is coming about the welfare of PTI founder.



Talking to media men here Wednesday he said last meeting with PTI founder was held about 50 days before. Sit in was staged all over the night in connection with meeting with PTI founder.



He held such treatment has never been meted out to any former prime minister in jail. We are seeking our right under law and constitution.



He indicated even six lawyers nominated by high court are not being allowed to meet Imran Khan. PTI founder has to come out of jail now. Our women too have been taken into custody. They should be released.



The appeal pleas of PTI founder are not fixed in the courts.



He inquired what Sindh government was doing when shops were being built in Gul Plaza. Gul Plaza incident is failure of 18 years government of PPP.



He stated such impression is being given PTI is harboring sympathy for terrorists. KP government and PTI are themselves affected by terrorism.



We consider terrorism cancer. Our people were martyred. How can we have sympathy for terrorists. We dispel this impression that PTI sides with terrorists.
