Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up contempt of court case on non arranging Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur meeting with PTI founder Imran Khan despite court's order.
The court directed jail authorities name of Ali Amin Gandapur be sent too through focal person and if PTI founder wants to meet him then meeting be arranged as well.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of IHC took up the case for hearing Wednesday.
Superintendent Adiala jail Ghafoor Anjum and others appeared in the court.
The court wrapped up the petition with directives on the statement of superintendent Adiala Jail.
Superintendent Adiala jail gave statement in the court meetings are being arranged as usual. The meetings of Ali Amin Gandapur were arranged after family and three meetings were held.
Adiala jail authorities told the court meetings with PTI founder are arranged through focal person. The meeting is arranged with the person whose name focal person gives.
The court directed jail authorities name of Ali Amin Gandapur be sent through focal person and if PTI founder wants to meet then meeting be arranged.
CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur had resorted to court on non arranging his meeting on January 24.
The court wrapped up his petition with directive.
