Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has issued non bailable arrest warrants of 42 accused in GHQ attack case.The non bailable arrest warrants were issued against the accused including Chief Minister KP Ali Amin Gandapur, Umar Ayoub, Shibli Faraz, Zartaj Gill. Rashid Hafiz, Latasab Satti, Raja Basharat, Bilal, Ijaz Chatha.According to special prosecutor Zahir Shah, 75 accused appeared during the hearing of the case while 3 were in jail. PTI founder, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Khadim Hussain are in jail. Non- bailable arrest warrants of the accused were issued due to their absence.The GHQ attack case is registered against the accused in RA Bazar police station.The accused are charged with rioting, interference in government affairs and siege and arson.
