Gujranwala: Non bailable arrest warrants of Rana Sana Ullah advisor to Prime Minister (PM) on political affairs has been issued.Judicial magistrate of Gujranwala, Sidra Gul Nawaz while issuing arrest warrants of Rana Sana Ullah has ordered police to arrest him and present him in the court on December 12.The case registered against Rana Sana Ullah in police station Satellite Town is pending hearing in the court.The case was registered on October 16, 2020, the day PDM had held public meeting in Gujranwala. He is accused in FIR of removing container and running over police personnel.Khurram Dastagir, Imran Khalid and Suleman Khalid Butt have already been acquitted. While police had filed challan of the case related to Rana Sana Ullah late.Police while declaring Rana Sana Ullah innocent had filed report under 173 in the court.The court while rejecting police report had summoned Rana Sana Ullah.Non bailable arrest warrants of Rana Sana Ullah have been issued due to his persistent absence despite bein g summoned by the court.
