Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has approved bail after arrest plea of 5 workers of PTI in the cases registered against them in connection with November 26 protest.

Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain of ATC No 1 of Islamabad took up bail after arrest pleas of PTI workers for hearing Tuesday.

The counsels for the petitioner took the plea bail has been granted to most of the accused in this case. No recovery has been made from the accused persons. It is requested court should accept bail plea of the accused persons.

The court announced decision on bail pleas following completion of the arguments.

The court approved bail pleas of the accused persons against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 5000 each.

Sardar Muhammad Masroof Khan advocate and Aamna Ali advocate gave arguments on behalf of the accused.

Cases are registered in police station Kohsar against the accused under charges of vandalism and siege and arson.
