Rawalpindi: FIA , Immigration and NADRA have blocked National Identity Card (NIC) and passport of Aleema Khan sister of PTI former chairman Imran Khan under the order of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi.
The court has issued notice to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for not informing about the progress on the matter of freezing bank accounts of Aleema Khan and sought report again.
The court has sent to jail the owner of the vehicle in the case who was behind releasing of the vehicle on superdari.
Special prosecutor Zaheer Shah along with prosecution witnesses was present in the court during the hearing of the case registered against Aleema Khan in police station Sadiq Abad in connection with November 26 protest.
Aleema Khan did not appear in the court once again.
The court issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan for the sixth time.
NADRA and Immigration authorities filed their formal report in the court .
The court issued notice again for not receiving any reply from state bank of Pakistan.
Arif Khan who filed surety bonds regarding superdari of the vehicle included in the case appeared in the court but he could not present vehicle in the court.
The court ordered him to deposit Rs 10 lac.
Arif Khan was of the view he was having no property or money.
The court sent Arif Khan to jail unless he deposits Rs 10 lac.
The court ordered police to trace and forfeit moveable property of the guarantors of 4 vehicles
The court adjourned further hearing of the case till November 03.
