Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has dismissed the petition of Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder in the case registered in connection with PTI November 26 protest. Aleema Khan through her petition had requested the court to get conduct international forensic of USB containing videos presented in the court.Fateh Ullah Burki witness of Aleema Khan had presented USB containing videos in the court. The court had reserved judgment on August 11 following completion of arguments from lawyers of the respondents on Aleema Khan petition. Special prosecutor Zahir Shah had raised objection on petition. The court while accepting the objections announced reserved judgment.The court maintained the material available in USB has already come on court's record. The videos available in USB are irrelevant. The court while dismissing petition adjourned hearing of the case till August 25.
