Islamabad: Oath taking ceremony of new ministers will take place in Aiwan-e-Sadr today (Thursday).

As per sources Aiwan-e-Sadr has been informed about oath taking ceremony.

Oath taking ceremony will take place at 5 p.m.

The final schedule will be announced on return of Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif to Pakistan.

PM Shehbaz Sharif has decided to extend his cabinet after one year of his government.

15 to 20 federal ministers, state ministers and advisors will be part of cabinet.

Hanif Abbasi, Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry and Mustafa Kamal from MQM are included in the cabinet. Barrister Aqeel , Hazifa Rehman will also be included in cabinet.

Senator Talal Chaudhry, Afzal Khokhar, Abdul Rehman Kanjoo, Sardar Yousuf, Nosheen Iftikhar, Robina Khurshid Alam and Raza Hayat Hiraj will be included in the cabinet.

Sources said Chaudhry Riaz Judge too is likely to be included in cabinet. Dr Tauir Hussain Shah will be advisor to PM.

Ali Zahid Chaudhry, Junaid Anwar, Rana Mubashar Iqbal and Bilal Azhar Kiyani will be part of cabinet.

Railway portfolio is likely to be given to Hanif Abbasi and ministry of national health to Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Communication ministry can be given to Khalid Magsi and science and technology ministry to Mustafa Kamal. Final list of new ministers will come to open on return of PM Shehbaz Sharif to Pakistan from Uzbekistan.
