Islamabad: Registrar Office Islamabad High Court (IHC) has raised objection on the petition seeking release of PTI founder on bail by suspending his conviction in Tosha Khana-2 case.

As per media reports The objection for not removing registrar office objection timely was placed on appeal plea of PTI founder in Toshakhana-2 case.

Objection was raised the petitioner did not remove objections timely on central appeal in Toshakhana -2 case. The objections raised by registrar office on appeal were to be removed within 7 days.

Objection of the registrar office is this that time is over for not removing the objections timely. Objection is still there on appeal plea then how can the petition in connection with suspension of conviction be fixed.
