Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has raised objections on the PTI founder petition seeking court's order for stopping his possible military trial.Registrar office IHC raised objections on the petition.It has been said in the objections how can general relief be sought without giving reference of any specific FIR.Registrar office said how can the petition be filed in Islamabad in connection with cases related to Punjab. How can the petition be filed in high court when the matter of military courts is pending hearing in Supreme Court.It is to mention here that Imran Khan had resorted to court to seek order for not giving him to military custody in connection with his military court trial in May 9 cases.Counsel Uzair Karamat Bhindari had filed petition in IHC making law secretary. interior secretary and federation respondents.It has been requested in the petition that giving Imran Khan to military custody be prevented. It should be ensured that Imran Khan remains in custody of civilians an d civil courts. Several clauses of the constitution have been referred to in the petition.
