Faisalabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has awarded sentence to 167 accused including Omar Ayub and Shibli Faraz in two May 9 related cases.

The court has awarded 10 years punishment each to Sahibzada Hamid Raza, Omar Ayub , Zartaj Gul and Shibli Faraz.

Khial Castro, Fawad Chaudhry and Zain Qureshi son of Shah Mehmood Qureshi were acquitted.

ATC awarded sentence to 108 accused in May 9 violence.

The court awarded sentence to 108 out of 185 accused in the case of attack on intelligence agency. The others have been acquitted.
