Peshawar: Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur has said he has powers to dissolve KP assembly at any time. In his video message he said our leader has been kept in jail unjustly.What behavior meted out to us after May, 9. Then our mandate was stolen. People of kP saved their mandate. Full efforts are underway to dissolve KP government.He said an organized conspiracy is being hatched to pull down KP government.He held summoning budget session is constitutional obligation of governor. But governor did not summon the session. It is constitutional, legal and moral right of PTI founder to make consultation on budget. But permission is not being given to meet him for consultation.If we don't present budget, then they can take over by imposing economic emergency.KP CM directed members of assembly not to hold voting on demands for money today. I will give next line of action to all members of assembly on next Monday. I am giving open message to all institutions I have been assigned responsibility of government. I have powers that I can dissolve assembly at any time. No time or any budget is needed in this regard.They thing they will snatch mandate from us. I want to tell members of assembly and PTI workers they want May 9 or February 8 takes place again. Workers should become ready. I will give strategy and I will not allow this conspiracy to succeed.He said when we come out then neither the budget in National Assembly will pass in Islamabad nor we will allow budget of any other province to be passed.We will come out in all over the country. Be prepared physically and mentally. Now time has come. If not now then when.
