Washington: US President Donald Trump has said that he might consider intervening as Pakistan and Afghanistan continue to engage in deadly border clashes but he thinks that Pakistan is doing terrifically well.

Speaking to reporters, the US President also praised Pakistan's leadership, expressing respect for Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir.
