Islamabad: Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has categorically rejected the claim of Taliban regime's so called Ministry of Defence spokesperson that Pakistan has violated temporary pause.

The statement said Pakistan has fully upheld this temporary pause on western borders. All the claims regarding violation of this temporary pause are baseless , false and frivolous.

The ministry has said such propaganda possibly is being spread by certain elements from within Taliban government and its objective can be creating tension or providing false justification for terrorism.

Pakistan has already declared it clearly that any act of terrorism, cross border attack, drone attack etc by Afghan Taliban regime and its proxies will result into forthwith termination of the temporary pause and immediate resumption of Operation Ghazb Lil-Haq with renewed intensity.
