ISLAMABAD: PML-N president Mian Nawaz Sharif has said parliament has played positive and robust role during war between Pakistan and India.

Becoming one voice by burying all political divide is a good omen, he said this during his meeting with PML-N parliamentary leader in Senate here Saturday.

Nawaz said the elected representatives of public boosted morale of armed forces representing the sentiments of people. our armed forces defended the mother land with professional skill and resolve.

Paying tribute to Pakistani media, Nawaz Sharif said Pakistan media presented narrative based on truth before the world and exposed lie of the enemy with full force.

Senator Irfan Siddiqui met Mian Nawaz Sharif in Raiwind and presented report to him with reference to performance of parliamentary party.
