Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, senior All Parties Hurriyat Conference leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has emphasized that the injustices and suffering the world is currently witnessing demonstrate that peace can never be brought about through power and oppression.

According to media reports, speaking at a public gathering at the shrine of Sheikh-ul-Alam Hazrat Sheikh Noor-ud-Din Noorani (RA) in the Charar-e-Sharief area of Budgam district, Mirwaiz noted that true peace and lasting stability can only be achieved through justice, mutual respect, and meaningful dialogue.

He stressed that the leadership of South Asia must exhibit wisdom and adopt the path of dialogue, peace, and justice, as only this approach can lead to sustainable peace in the region.
