PESHAWAR:Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered RPO Bannu to appear through video link on the petition against Bannu Amman Committee (BAC).

The court while summoning report adjourned the hearing of the case till November 16.

These orders were issued by Chief Justice (CJ) PHC Attique Shah .

The counsel for the petitioner told the court that Rahim Ullah 15 and his brother Shumal Khan have been lifted by BAC. Rahim Ullah was released two days earlier while Shummal Khan is still missing.

CJ PHC Attique Shah inquired what are the allegations against the child. He is minor child.

He questioned how can he be involved in terrorism and who has established BAC . Who has given powers to it.

SP Rural Bannu Shakil Khan told the court situation in Bannu is bad and police have set up Amman Committee.

He said he should be given time because operation is underway therein while Shummal Khan is not in the custody of police.

The CJ while directing the RPO Bannu to appear through video link ordered him to appear on next hearing.

The court while seeking report adjourned the hearing of the case till November 16.
