Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has rejected the petition filed against imposition of fine amounting to Rs 1 lac for not behaving good with the subordinate courts.Justice Shahid Bilal has remarked what one lac fine has been imposed on you is less as compared to how have you behaved with the courts. Fine amounting to Rs 10 lac should have been imposed on you.He gave these remarks during hearing of petition filed by the petitioner Ijaz Goraya here Thursday.A two members bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi took up the case for hearing.The petitioner appeared in person in the court.CJP Yahya Afridi remarked your attitude with the courts is not correct. Therefore, you were not given relief for this reason and fine was slapped on you too.Justice Shahid Bilal remarked imposition of one lac fine is less the way you have been behaving with the courts . Fine should have been imposed on him amounting to Rs 10 lac.The court rejected the plea.
