Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while declaring the petition against non arranging meeting of party leaders with PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala jail maintainable directed registrar office to mark number on it and fix it for hearing.

Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas of IHC directed registrar office to remove objections over petition and mark diary number on it.

Earlier court had reserved judgment on maintainability of the petition after hearing the arguments.

Counsel Faisal Chaudhry appeared on behalf of PTI founder in the court. He had requested the court to remove registrar office objections.
