Rawalpindi: Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench while admitting for hearing the petition seeking court's orders for stopping PIA privatization has issued notice to federal government.Justice Muhammad Raza Qureshi of LHC Rawalpindi bench took up the petition for hearing Tuesday.The petitioner took the plea privatization commission is going to privatize PIA on October 31. Valuation has not been carried out so far in regard to privatization then how the sale or privatization is possible.Petitioner requested the court to issue order for stopping privatization of PIA.The court remarked privatization process takes time. We hear the respondents on next hearing.Later the court issued notice to federal government and sought reply till November 5.
