Lahore: Petition for clubbing all the May 9 related cases and constitution of Judicial Commission (JC) on this incident has been fixed for hearing in Lahore High Court (LHC).A two members bench of LHC comprising Justice Syed Shahbaz Rizvi and Justice Tariq Nadeem will hear the case on October 24.It is pertinent to mention here that the court has already given direction to the counsel to give arguments.The petition has been filed by Chaudhry Muhammad Bilal advocate.
