Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued written order on the petition filed by PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi seeking early decision of their bail plea in Toshakhana -2 case.The court has remarked magistrate has to decide bail plea within three days while it is mandatory for sessions court to give decision on bail plea in 5 days and for high court to give decision in 7 days as per National Judicial Policy (NJP).The time given to sessions court will apply to special court.According to the petitioner his bail plea is pending without any reason.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb announced 3-page reserved judgment on Thursday.It has been said in the decision that as per policy it is mandatory to give decision on bail plea within 5 days.Special judge central can decide the bail plea according to policy mandate.Bail pleas are pending with special judge central due to transfer of case to FIA.
