Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has adjourned till August 21 hearing of the petition for re-accounting votes in NA-97 Faisalabad on request for adjournment by Latif Khosa counsel for PTI candidate Saad Ullah Baloch .The case related to recounting of votes in NA-97 Faisalabad came up for hearing in SC Monday.Latif Khosa counsel for PTI candidate Saad Ullah Baloch sought adjournment.Counsel Ali Gohar Baloch said over 9000 votes were rejected in NA-97 during February 8 elections. Application was given to Returning Officer (RO) for recounting votes before finalizing the result.Counsel Hassan Raza said RO did not do recounting of votes.Justice Amin ud Din inquired had Saad Ullah Baloch been declared successful in the result of RO.Counsel Hassan Raza said SC has recently given decision on the matter of recounting.SC adjourned the hearing till August 21.
