LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has wrapped up the petition for recovery of PTI MNA Haji Imtiaz Ahmad from NA-85 in the light of statement of state counsel.The petition filed by wife of MNA Haji Imtiaz Ahmad came up for hearing before justice Tariq Salim Sheikh of LHC Monday.The petition said police personnel in simple clothes raided the home on July 19 night. Police personnel subjected the males and females in the home to torture and arrested Haji Imtiaz Ahmad without any reason. The court should issue order for recovery of her husband.The state counsel filed the report regarding recovery of Haji Imtiaz Ahmad in the court.According to report case against Haji Imtiaz Is registered in police station Gujranwala Anti corruption and he has been recovered.The court wrapped up the petition in the light of statement from state counsel.
