LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has sought report from interior ministry on the petition filed by Indian lady for recovery of children.The petition filed by Indian lady Farzana Begum came up for hearing before Justice Shakil Ahmad of LHC Thursday.The state counsel said police have registered case regarding kidnapping of children.The petitioner took the plea she had got married to Yousif out of her free will in Dubai. Her husband came to Pakistan in 2018 with the children and he has not returned so far. He kidnapped the children.The court while seeking report from interior ministry on next hearing ordered that if children are outside the country then the report on steps for bringing them back be submitted.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 3.
