Islamabad: Petition seeking registration of case against Shehbaz Sharif , Mohsin Naqvi and others has been dismissed being not persuaded.

District and Sessions Court Islamabad dismissed the petition under 22-A in connection with registration of case against Shehbaz Sharif, Mohsin Naqvi and others.

Case was heard by Additional and Sessions judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka.

Reply from SHO Secretariat police was not filed during the hearing of the case. While no one from the petitioner Gul Khan side appeared in the court.

It is pertinent to mention here the petitioner had made request for registering case against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, interior minister Mohsin Naqvi and others.
