Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has returned with objections petition seeking release of PTI founder Imran Khan on parole in 190 million pounds case.
IHC registrar office directed to file the petition again after removing objections.
The petition seeking release on parole has not been filed by the affected person.
Registrar office objected that how can such relief be sought for another person. The person for whom release is being sought on parole has not been made respondent.
Another objection was also raised that NAB has not been made respondent in the petition seeking release of person convicted in NAB case. Complete address is also not recorded of the persons who have been made respondents in the petition.
KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur had filed petition through Latif Khosa advocate seeking release of Imran Khan on parole.
