Islamabad: Prices of petroleum products are likely to register a big dip from January 01, 2026.

As per media reports the price of petrol is likely to be curtailed by Rs 10.60 per liter.

Reduction of Rs 8.59 per liter in price of high speed diesel, Rs 8.92 per liter in kerosine oil and Rs 6,62 in the price of light diesel oil per liter has been predicted.

Following the change in prices, price of petrol can be reduced from Rs 263.45 per .liter to Rs 252.85 per liter and the price of diesel from Rs 265.65 to Rs 257.06 per liter.

At Ex refinery level price of petrol is likely to be slashed from Rs 156. 66 per liter to Rs 146.06 per liter. The price of high speed diesel can come down from Rs 164.92 per liter to Rs 156.33 per liter.
