Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has extended protective bail of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur for one month.A two members bench of PHC comprising Justice Syed Arshid Ali and Justice Waqar Ahmad took up the case for hearing Friday.Alam Khan Owaizai counsel for the petitioner said that the petitoner wants to go to Islamabad. But he is feared to be arrested. Protective bail is going to expire today.The court extended protective bail for one month.
