Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has issued notice to NAB, FIA and other respondents on the petition filed against placing name of PTI leader Azam Swati in Passport Control List.The court has sought reply from them.The petition filed by Azam Swati against putting his name in Passport control list came up for hearing in PHCJustice Sahibzada Asad Ullah and Justice Khurshid Iqbal took up the petition for hearing Monday.The counsel for petitioner said Azam Swati was off loaded at Islamabad airport on Sunday. Azam Swati is appearing in the courts in all the cases registered against him. Name of Azam Swati has been put in Passport Control List. The petitioner is leaving behind all his assets.The counsel for petitioner said Senate election in KP will be held on July 21 and Azam Swati is candidate. Azam Swati will return before Senate election.Court has issued notice to NAB, FIA and other respondents.
