PHC moved against possible hindrances on the way to Long March

Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has been moved against the possible hindrances on the way to PTI Long March. The petition has been filed by MNA Shandana Gulzar, Shehryar Afridi and Asif Khan.

The three MNAs and their counsel Muazzam Butt appeared in the court.

Muazzam Butt requested the court the institutions be ordered not to create any hindrances on the way to long march and the case be fixed for hearing today.

CJ PHC remarked this is not a protective petition for Before-Arrest Bail (BBA) or Transit Bail (TBA) that it is fixed today. .
