Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered not to arrest PTI leader and former speaker National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaisar in the cases registered against him.
Justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah and Justice Abdul Fayyaz of PHC took up for hearing petition filed by Asad Qaisar Tuesday.
Justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah inquired during the hearing of the case we ask from Attorney General (AG) office if report has come or otherwise.
Deputy Attorney General (DAG) requested " time be given to us, We will file report.
Court remarked OK, file the report.
Asad Qaisar took the plea during hearing of the case he intends to perform Umrah during this Ramadan. Therefore, date be given after Ramadan.
The court however granted protective bail to Asad Qaisar till April 8.
