Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has withdrawn stay order on the petitions related to disqualification of PTI leaders Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz and Abdul Latif Chitrali.

The court has ordered Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz and Abdul Latif Chitrali to appear before proper forum.

PHC said in its decision the petitioners are convicted and sentenced by anti terrorism court.

The court said it cannot provide relief to the petitioners in this situation.
