Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while summoning investigation report presented to Prime Minister (PM) on PIMS incident has ordered federal government to file details of the proceedings and reply to the petition.

The petition filed by advocate Qasim Iqbal Jalali came up for hearing before Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Sarfraz Dogar.

During the hearing of the case Additional Attorney General (AAG) Rashid Hafeez and Assistant Attorney General Azmat Bashir Tarar also appeared in the court.
