Islamabad: Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani adjourned hearing of C DA plot allotment case instead of dismissing it on becoming dissatisfied with the arguments of the counsel for the petitioner.

The case came up for hearing before Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani .

During the hearing of the case Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani created interesting situation when counsel for the petitioner Raja Faisal Yunus could not satisfy him with his arguments.

Justice Kayani remarked he had not become convinced to his stance .

Giving witty remarks he said he places the case before some other judge instead of deciding it. May be he could understand it in better way.

He further remarked some time one judge does not understand a case and the other understands it.

Upon it the court echoed with laughter .

Counsel for CDA said it is honor for him that he has been appearing before Justice Kayani.

The notification regarding transfer of judges of IHC could not be issued so far.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani reached IHC. His cause list was displayed outside the court.

it is pertinent to mention here Judicial Commission had accorded approval to the transfer of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani to Lahore High Court (LHC), Justice Babar Sattar to Peshawar High Court (PHC) and Justice Saman Raffat Imtiaz to Saindh High court on Tuesday.
