Islamabad: PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said a PML-N delegation under PM Shehbaz Sharif has sought support for approval of 27th constitutional amendment.

In his statement issued on social media website platform X

(former twitter) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said a PML-N delegation under PM Shehbaz Sharif had come to met him and president Asif Ali Zardari.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said PML-N delegation sought PPP support in connection with approval of 27th constitutional amendment.

This proposed 27th constitutional amendment includes establishment of constitutional court, restoration of executive magistrates and powers for transfer of judges. , removal of protection of provincial share in NFC, amending article 243, return of education and population planning to the federation and breaking dead lock on appointment of ECP.

He said PPP central executive committee meeting will be held on November 06 on return of President Asif Zardari from Qatar.

Party policy will be decided in the meeting.
