Islamabad: Prime Minister (PM) Youth Council has been established under the directives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and its oath taking ceremony will take place today (Tuesday).

Youth council has been established under special directives of PM Shehbaz Sharif which will formulate first National Youth policy of Pakistan.

As many as 100 youths have been selected from Pakistan and 13 Pakistani youths from all over the world for Youth council.

Commonwealth Asia Youth Summit and Asia Regional Youth Ministers meeting will be held today.

Members of Youth council will work as advisor to PM in policy making.

Oath taking ceremony of Youth council will be held on January 28. PM will administer oath.

Climate champions and Youth Excellence Awards will be given under council.

Members of youth council will participate in different educational and practical activities.
