Islamabad: Islamabad Police have presented a new challan in a case wherein PTI has already been acquitted with honor. The district and sessions court Islamabad consigned the case to record on the basis of previous decision. Judicial Magistrate Shahzad Khan took up the case for hearing. Counsels Sardar Masroof Khan and Zahid Bashir Dar appeared in the court on behalf of the PTI founder.

During the hearing of the case Sardar Masroof Khan advocate took the plea this is being seen for the first time in judicial history that the challan has again been presented against the accused in a case wherein he has already been acquitted.

He further argued the court has already acquitted PTI founder in this case. Judge Shahzad Khan directed the previous court's order be presented. The court took detailed review of the record and consigned the case presented with new challan to record. It is pertinent to mention here case was registered in connection with Azadi March against Imran Khan in police station Tarnol.
