Islamabad: Health Minister Mustafa Kamal has said Polyclinic Phase-2 will be completed by March 23, 2027.

Construction work on Polyclinic Phase-11 is underway on fast track basis in Islamabad. The project is being completed at the cost of Rs 16 billion, he said this while talking to media men at the site of Polyclinic Phase-11 here.

He said the initial cost of the project was Rs 9 billion. However its const has reached Rs 16 billion with the addition of more 100 beds.

He said Polyclinic phase two will comprise 400 beds and state of the art medical facilities will be provided therein. Major portion of construction work has been completed.

He indicated that orders for medical equipments and medical devices required for hospital have been given. Several consignments have reached. More equipment is on the way.

Prime Minister (PM) has constituted a team for completion of project. There is no hindrance in any matter including funding. This phase-2 is being completed in collaboration with Chinese companies.
