Karachi: K-Electric has filed application in NEPRA seeking reduction in power tariff by Rs 4.69 per unit. According to NEPRA hearing of K-Electric petition will take place on June 19. If plea is accepted then the consumers of Karachi will get relief of Rs 7 billion and 17 crore collectively. A clear difference can be seen in the next month bills in the event of reduction in power tariff.
